Terms & Conditions – Lords of Laughter

  1. All Sales Are Final
    Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded. This policy applies to all ticket types and price categories. 
  2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
    In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified promptly. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. 
  3. Seat Allocation and Changes
    While we strive to provide the seats selected at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to make necessary adjustments. If seat changes occur, they will be to seats of equal or greater value within the same price zone. 
  4. Group Bookings
    For group bookings made under the same order, we will ensure that all members are seated together. If separate bookings are made and group seating is desired, please contact us with your order details, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  5. Admission and Conduct
    Admission is subject to venue regulations. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or eject attendees for reasons including, but not limited to, late arrival, intoxication, or non-compliance with venue policies. 
  6. Ticket Transfer and Resale
    Tickets are for personal use and may not be resold or transferred for profit without prior authorization. Unauthorized resale or transfer may result in ticket cancellation without refund. 
  7. Liability
    We are not responsible for any personal arrangements, including travel or accommodation, related to the event. In the event of cancellation, our liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
